Reclaimed Wood Coat Hook

Hubby and my style for the updated kitchen in our midcentury home is “modern farmhouse.” SO when I was out shopping and spotted these two handsome fellas I had to bring them home, though I didn’t have an exact spot or plan for them. Hubby had the idea to attach them to a piece of reclaimed wood we had leftover from a previous project and hang them up near our garage door in the kitchen. A few screws and voila!

Don’t you think these guys are charming?

Here you can see them as incorporated into our kitchen. When they aren’t serving their utilitarian purpose, they act as charming rustic wall art.

Amazing what you can do with an old piece of wood and a couple new items.

How would you make this project work for your decorating style? Let me know in the comments.
